Kährs: Using the power of Ecom to ignite an entire data journey

Company: Kährs

David Jonsson drives digital transformation at Kährs Holding AB (Floors beyond expectations). He’s known for questioning how work is done and helping teams move from manual, one-off routines to ways of working that are standardized, repeatable, and scalable. His background spans data architecture, e-commerce, strategic performance management, and business intelligence and automation. David focuses on practical change—process improvements that increase data quality, reduce friction in day-to-day operations, and create clear ownership and simple metrics people can actually follow.

In his session, David shares how a nearly 170-year-old company began shifting from a people-dependent, manual order chain to a more digital and scalable way of working. He explains why B2B e-commerce became the catalyst: it turns hidden problems into visible reality—when customer data, product information, pricing, or delivery setup isn’t ready, the customer experience breaks instantly. David will outline how Kährs responded with a “Call to Action” management onboarding plan: a clear minimum readiness bar, named local ownership in each market, and a simple checklist that turns insight into execution.
